What skills and experience we're looking for

Please note that this advert is on behalf of the Primary Advantage Federation. Holy Trinity is one of our schools.

Primary Advantage Federation is seeking an exceptional Executive Principal to lead our unique and ambitious seven-school federation.

Our federation comprises four Church of England schools within the Diocese of London and three community schools. Rooted in the governance principles of the London Diocesan Board for Schools (LDBS), we are united by a shared commitment to inclusion, aspiration and excellence.

The Executive Principal will work closely with Headteachers, the Governing Body, Local Authorities and the London Diocesan Board for Schools to ensure every child in every school thrives.

This role is attached centrally to the federation and carries full strategic accountability for all schools.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead at system level across a diverse and vibrant federation. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across all seven schools, ensuring sustained high standards, financial sustainability, strong safeguarding practice and a coherent federation-wide vision.

We are seeking a leader who:

  • Has a proven track record of delivering school improvement

  • Can lead and inspire senior leaders across multiple schools

  • Understands governance within an LDBS-rooted federation

  • Can uphold and develop the Christian distinctiveness of our Church schools

  • Can lead inclusively across both Church and community contexts

  • Has the strategic capability to lead at scale
