Executive Principal job summary

The Executive Principal will lead Orion Coopers, a thriving secondary school in Chislehurst, and support leadership at Orion Spires in Canterbury. This is a strategic role focused on:

• Driving school improvement - ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and student achievement.
• Leading and inspiring staff - fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
• Strategic leadership - overseeing safeguarding, budgets, and operational efficiency.
• Community engagement - building partnerships with parents, governors, and external stakeholders.
• Trust-wide impact - mentoring other Principals and contributing to Orion Education’s vision of improving outcomes and transforming lives.
