Experienced Key Stage 2 Class Teacher job summary

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, experienced Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our friendly village school, Gorefield Primary Academy. Salary will be based on the MPS depending upon experience, however, UPS and the possibility of a TLR will be considered dependent on experience.

The successful candidate must be an excellent classroom practitioner with recent experience in Key Stage 2 who can support and challenge all pupils to achieve their full potential. We are also looking for someone with a desire to work collaboratively with colleagues to drive standards and improve outcomes through subject leadership (either Maths or English.)

We are looking for someone to act as a role model for teaching and learning and make a distinctive contribution to the raising of pupil’s standards and the work of the wider team. This would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced middle leader, or someone ready to embark on career development as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
