What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an outstanding classroom teacher to work with our very special children and join our dedicated and supportive team. The candidate should have a good level of experience including in leading a subject. They should also preferably be used to supporting less experienced colleagues to develop their practice including ECTs and students.
Successful applicants must:
- Be supportive of the Christian vision that underpins all that we do
- Understand and use practice that ensures all children are ready to learn ( including those with attachment difficulties)
- Work hard to ensure that all children make excellent progress from their starting points
- Work positively with staff, parents and other members of our wider Academy community
- Be a reflective practitioner who is driven by their passion for education to keep improving their practice
