Hours – 7.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 7am till 8.30am
38 weeks per year (Term-time only)

Howard Junior School has an exciting opportunity for an Extended School Support to join their established team for breakfast club. The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant and ambitious organisation, led by experienced and supportive professionals. We are looking for someone positive, passionate, caring and enthusiastic and who can engage with children and inspire and motivate them to be the best they can be. The ideal candidate will be able to actively promote independent learning skills and behaviours for learning.
Training will be given to support the expectations of the role, along with induction.
Howard Junior School is a Key Stage 2 academy that joined Eastern Multi Academy Trust in December 2023 and has British Values at the heart of its ethos and curriculum. We are dedicated to ensuring our pupils leave the school as independent and responsible citizens, whilst fulfilling our duty to promote British Values. Role PurposeTo assist in the day-to-day operation of the Extended School Club, complying with relevant legislation, the day care standards and the school’s policies and procedures. To be responsible for the wellbeing of children whose care has been entrusted to the Extended Schools Club.
