What skills and experience we're looking for
Riverview Infant School is looking to recruit a Casual Extended Services Assistant to help within their After School Club.
The post will be a zero hours casual contract as and when needed. You will be paid hourly rate of £11.04, full time equivalent £22,071.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- assist with providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
- ensure that children, whilst in the extended services provision, have access to appropriate activities
- to support their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.
- Provide a stimulating, happy and relaxing, fun atmosphere
- Work as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Provide a healthy snack and assist where necessary
- Interact with the children through activities
