Extended Services Assistant job summary

Breakfast or After School Club Assistant

Are you creative, fun, reliable and organised? We're looking for assistants to join either or both our Breakfast and After School club teams for regular shifts (please get in contact for details) or as bank staff to provide cover for staff absence when required.

Hours of work will be 8.00-8.40 for Breakfast Club or 3:00 - 6:00pm for After School Club, during term time only. When cover is needed, you would receive a phone call earlier in the day to ask whether you are available.  The clubs both involve offering a range of indoor and outdoor play opportunities, a craft activity and snack time.  As a play work assistant, you'll be directly responsible to the Breakfast or After School Club Managers, and able to work flexibly around the needs of the school as part of the wider staff team. Successful candidates must be willing to engage in any necessary training and ongoing CPD required of the role.

We offer an absolutely stunning school site with plenty of outdoor space and ample resources for creative play. Our staff are welcoming, supportive and a fantastic team. We warmly welcome visits to the school and after school club from anyone interested in applying.
