Cidari Education, the Local Governing Committee, staff and children of Great Marsden St John's Church of England Primary Academy are seeking to recruit a teacher to teach, guide and nurture the youngest children in our academy.

The ideal candidate will be keen to learn, a team player, self-motivated, have high expectations of themselves and others, be child centred and be able to stay positive - even when times are challenging. The candidate should have experience of teaching within EYFS or Key Stage 1. They should be committed to delivering high quality provision rooted in sound early years practice, taking into account the findings of the ‘Strong foundations in the first years of school’ document published 8 October 2024. Candidates with no direct EYFS experience are welcome to apply but should clearly explain why they feel the role is for them. This position is not suitable for ECTs.
