EYFS HLTA (Room Lead responsibilities) job summary
We are looking for an HLTA to join St John’s as an EYFS Support Worker/ Room Lead and contribute to our warm and nurturing learning environment and the best practice we have established. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an Early Years team at an all-through school (2-16 Years) as part of the Cambrian Learning Trust. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships with families and the local community, to make our school a place of fascination and enjoyment for all children to learn and discover, whatever their needs and abilities.
You must be a highly motivated, passionate, and energetic practitioner (minimum Level 3 EY Practitioner), committed to ensuring children's progress in line with our curriculum and its drivers (curiosity, creativity and discovery). You would have responsibility to lead a room in our Nursery provision and to deputise in the absence of our Nursery Manager.

Term Time Only (38 weeks per year plus 5 days).
