We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed EYFS/KS1 teacher to join our friendly and supportive team on a temporary basis from February to May 2026. Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to display energy, good humour and reliability. This post represents an excellent professional development opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to develop their classroom practice by working as part of a strong and dedicated team.
We believe wholeheartedly in helping teachers to improve their classroom practice and our CPD programme is incredibly strong. Every teacher gets to work with one of our highly experienced teacher coaches to help them to develop their practice and become the best teacher they can be. We are also committed to exploring evidence based practice and current research in education.
Bure Valley School and John of Gaunt Infant and Nursery School form the primary phase of Aylsham Learning Federation which supports the learning of children from nursery through to year 11. All schools are members of The Aylsham Cluster Trust, which along with other cluster schools, is focused on raising standards and improving the quality of life for our children and their families.
Our schools have excellent staff, superb facilities and great pupils. We receive excellent support from parents and the wider community. Our goal is to create a caring environment for all children, so that every child feels safe, happy and valued.
