Are you an inspiring educator with a passion for excellence in primary education? We are seeking exceptional Class Teachers to join our team across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is a pivotal role where you will deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum, ensuring our children thrive in a supportive, high-achieving environment.

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for the daily learning and well-being of your pupils, fostering a culture of high engagement and exemplary behavior. Working within our collaborative phase teams, you will empower every child to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educational Excellence: Act as a role model for learning, delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons that ensure every pupil makes significant progress across the curriculum.

  • Phase-Specific Expertise: EYFS: Drive early development through purposeful play and the Prime/Specific areas of learning.KS1/KS2: Deliver sequenced, ambitious lessons in core and foundation subjects, ensuring a deep conceptual understanding.

  • Curriculum Innovation: Collaborate with Subject Leaders to implement long-term school improvement plans and innovative pedagogical strategies.

  • Safeguarding: Maintain a culture where the child always comes first, ensuring the school meets all statutory requirements (KCSIE).

  • Assessment & Impact: Proficiently use data to track pupil performance, identifying gaps and providing clear pathways for every child to succeed.

  • Community Engagement: Serve as an ambassador for the school, building strong, transparent relationships with parents, carers, and the local community.

About You

You should be a reflective practitioner with a proven track record of impact in the classroom and a deep commitment to social equity.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Degree/PGCE are essential.

  • Experience: Successful experience teaching within the Primary phase (EYFS, KS1, or KS2). We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

  • Leadership Qualities: A strategic thinker in the classroom, characterized by integrity, creativity, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the learners.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the National Curriculum (or EYFS Framework) and experience in using formative and summative assessment to improve performance.

  • Communication: Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a professional learning community.
