What skills and experience we're looking for
You will:
- Be an experienced Leader or be looking for your first Leadership role.
- Have experience of teaching in EYFS and has a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment.
- Be an excellent classroom teacher, committed to raising attainment.
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
- Have a passion for working with young people.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
- Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.
- Be caring and supportive and committed to achieving excellent results.
- Be able to plan and prepare high quality learning for all students to inspire learning and progress.
