Trinity Academy St Chad’s is the only World Class primary school in Calderdale.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate and inspirational EYFS/KS1 teacher who has excellent subject knowledge and can contribute to continued improvements in pupil progress.

We are an ambitious and growing Trust which has eleven schools in total: six secondary schools, four primary schools and a post-16 college, spanning five local authorities. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team, and experience cross-Trust working with members of staff from each of our academies and central support teams.

Trinity Academy St Chad’s joined Trinity MAT’s family of schools in March 2019. As a Church of England voluntary aided primary school, it was recognised that Trinity MAT was well-placed to bring about the required changes in order to turn the school around and improve pupil outcomes.
School improvement support will focus on increasing pupil progress, increasing pupils’ own expectations, and the academy’s ambitions for them. Working closely with outstanding leaders from across the trust, the academy will implement targeted and effective support systems in order to improve pupils’ attitude towards learning and overall engagement.
