We are looking for:

  • A dynamic experienced teacher to join our team at Spratton.
  • Experience in EYFS and KS1 to join our setting in a school with small class sizes.
  • Well motivated teacher, with strong behaviour management and a positive attitude,
  • Someone who can nurture relationships with children and parents with a determination to make a difference.
  • Someone willing to work in a small team supported by the Head but can work independently in a small school setting.
  • Our staff are appreciated and valued for every contribution which they make. Salary will be from M1 (pro-rata as part time) and will be offered dependent on experience.

    Our ideal teacher is someone who is:

    • Is excited to teach our EYFS/KS1 class.
    • Able to work effectively, flexibly, and collaboratively with other staff members, families and the wider community.
    • Confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
    • Understanding of the importance of Child Protection and be committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare- both at home and in school.
    • Can support childrens' pastoral, SEND and behaviour needs positively through a range of behaviour management strategies
    • Is able to deliver high quality first teaching
    • Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
