SEND Provision Lead job summary

At Moulton, our mission is to nurture and develop the ‘well-rounded’ child - a child that is confident, resilient and motivated, and who has the knowledge and skills to leave us well prepared for a changing world. To achieve this, our children need creative and enthusiastic teachers to support them on their journey and we are looking for the right person to become part of our fabulous team.

At Moulton, we are all about growth and this underpins our commitment to personal and leadership development. We value our staff and are committed to managing workload and protecting their well-being, whilst at the same time supporting their continuous development through a well-established coaching and training programme.

Our 3-form entry parallel class structure mean that our teams work closely and support each other with all aspects of teaching and learning. Less-experienced teachers work alongside more experienced staff, as we all learn from each other. Our strong support team mean that teachers are regularly released during the school day for training, coaching and leadership responsibilities.

Moulton is a large, village school in a beautiful setting. We have all the values of a traditional village primary but in a modern and well-resourced environment that enables us to provide a broad range of opportunities. Our children are amazing; their behaviour is fantastic and they love learning. Our parents are highly supportive and work with us in partnership to provide the very best for the children.

This role involves working closely with the SENDCO, class teachers, support staff and external agencies to create an inclusive, ambitious learning environment. INVITATIONS ARE WELCOMED FROM QUALIFIED SENDCOs.

Visits to the school are encouraged - please contact us on 01604 643061 to book on to a school tour to come and see us for yourself!

CLOSING DATE: Friday 12th June at 5pm.
