What skills and experience we're looking for

  • is supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
  • has experience of supporting teaching & learning in a nursery/pre-school/school setting
  • has a relevant TA or Early Years qualification
  • has a good understanding and experience of safeguarding children
  • has a good standard of spoken and written English
  • is able to work on their own initiative, but also able to work as part of a team
  • has strong organisational skills
  • can prioritise jobs according to need
  • can demonstrate a high level of adaptability
  • has a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • (Forest School leader qualified/experience of planning and leading Forest School sessions an advantage)
