What skills and experience we're looking for

Your day may include leading small phonics sessions and intervention groups, supporting individual children with additional needs and helping pupils with their learning in the classroom. The role may include 1:1 and whole-class teaching assistant support. We have three simple rules in our school, ‘Safe, Ready, Respectful’. They are at the core of everything we do.
