Are you a talented EYFS leader looking for a new challenge?

In order to build capacity and drive school improvement, we are seeking to appoint a senior leader with a passion and deep knowledge of Early Years to drive this most vital aspect of our Academy to the next level of successful performance. For a suitably qualified candidate, there will be the opportunity to develop the role to influence more widely across the Trust.

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and talented leader to the post of Leader of Early Years. In this role you will be working with a dedicated EYFS team to develop an outstanding offer for foundation age children at Maltby Manor Academy. The successful candidate will be a highly effective practitioner with the skills and attributes to lead a team of staff and drive improvement. If the successful candidate is suitably experienced, there is the potential for enhanced opportunities to be offered to support the development of EYFS practice across the Primary phase of the Trust. As Leader of Early Years, you will be committed to supporting our ambition to secure high levels of attainment and progress for all our young people through delivering exceptional experiences from a child's first moment in school.

As leader of Early Years at Maltby Manor Academy, the person appointed will be working as part of the Senior Leadership Team of a highly inspirational and ambitious academy, which strives for excellence in all it does in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for its pupils.
