EYFS Leader job summary

Marleigh Primary Academy are excited to be looking to appoint our first ever EYFS leader who:

• Possess an excellent understanding of the national EYFS expectations.
• Can inspire team members to provide our EYFS children with the very best start to their education journey.
• Has experience of assessments within the EYFS phase and uses these to improve pupil experiences and accelerates their learning.
• Can promote the highest outcomes for all children through strong teaching.
• Is flexible in their approach and excited by teaching and leading through innovative and engaging activities.
• Is reflective of their own practice and is committed to their own development.
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
