Are you an ambitious and supportive EYFS Learning Assistant?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reflective and committed EYFS Learning Assistant who understands the importance of the foundation years in providing children with the building blocks they need to succeed in life.

About you:
Reflective and committed to your own development
Good interpersonal and communication skills that will help to maintain positive relationships with all staff, parents and the community
High expectations for all children and determination to support children with their learning and behaviour
Ability to help the class teacher monitor learning and progress through various strategies, including short and long observations
A Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable, but not essential
Finally, a good sense of humour and an understanding that no two days are ever the same!
This is a full-time post. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm.

Ash Hill Primary School is in the Micklefield area of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The youngest children at our school are 2 years old (Nursery class), and the oldest are eleven (Year 6). There are approximately 230 children at Ash Hill altogether. Ash Hill is a happy school, and everyone works together to ensure that the children are safe and well looked after, and that they all receive an education which enables them to meet their full potential.
