What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an EYFS Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Grade D on Barnet Unified Reward contract) to join our team atSacred Heartfor 5 days per week, from 08.30 to 15.45 daily (33.75 hours per week with half hour unpaid lunch)

Candidates should have experience ofworking with SEND children and within the EYFS years.Experience of Read Write Inc phonics would be helpful.

You must have experience andknowledge ofchild development in the Early Years,and a number of strategies to encourage learning, including nurturing and positive behaviour management skills. You will need to be sensitive to the special needs of individual children and be able to work as part of a team.Previous experience ofrunning interventions would be useful. Candidates will need to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm and have excellent literacy, spoken language and numeracy skills.
