St Dominic CofE Primary School is looking to appoint a highly motivated and talented Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our nursery team. You will work alongside our EYFS staff to support and extend the children’s learning throughout the early years’ foundation stage. The role requires someone who is passionate about children’s learning and who has a rich knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn within the EYFS. This role is to work 5 days per week from 8.35am to 3.20pm with a 30 minute lunch unpaid break. This role is 31.25 hours per week, term time only.

We are looking for someone who:
is passionate about children’s learning
has a rich knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and how pupils learn
is eager to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching practices
has experience of working within an Early Years environment
has experience of setting up and managing groups of pupils during focused learning activities
has experience in supporting teaching and learning for groups of pupils
