The ideal candidate will be:
- a Qualified Teacher / Early Years Professional Status / Early Years Teacher Status or other suitable Level 6 Qualified practitioner
- in possession of GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
- up to date with training and knowledge of Safeguarding
- able to establish and communicate clear standards and expectations
- committed to high standards of teaching and learning
- a positive, can do attitude
- trustworthy and approachable
- passionate about the children's learning, progression and welfare.

Salary: GLF Specialist Scale Point 7-16, £26,380 - £28,604
Actual Salary: from £23,640 - £25,633
