EYFS Phase Leader job summary
The Governors wish to appoint a very experienced practitioner to Early Years to teach/provide strong leadership and drive standards within the early years phase. The successful candidate is required to demonstrate the following qualities:
* Ambitious, innovative and inspirational leadership qualities.
*Excellent classroom practice demonstrating the enjoyment for leading learning.
* A track record of raising achievement of all groups of learners.
* Experience of teaching/leading learning in EYFS. (also consider an individual who is new to
leadership and views this as an opportunity for career progression)
*Strong use and experience of using formative & summative assessment to inform planning
and provision for learners.
* Ability to work closely alongside the Headteacher to lead the school from Good to
outstanding.
