Your opportunity

We have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and passionate EYFS Phase Leader to join our dynamic and high-achieving school community. The successful candidate will be a talented and professional individual who shares our vision of high aspirations, achievement and a passion for learning.

As a EYFS Phase Leader, you will benefit from collaboration across the cluster of local schools. This involves working closely with other colleagues to support professional development and workload. This is an exciting time to join our school, as there are also lots of opportunities for staff training and development within the school and trust.

What we are looking for

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
  • Proven track record as a good or outstanding teacher
  • Experience in leading professional development and supporting improvements in teaching and learning
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform planning and enhance outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support staff
  • A commitment to continuous professional development, staying up to date with curriculum and teaching advancements
  • Resilience, motivation, and a team-focused approach, aligning with the school’s values and vision
  • A passion for early years education, ensuring the best outcomes for every child

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
