The Role - EYFS Phase Leader - Responsibility for Nursery and Reception - Main Pay Scale + TLR 2a

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated early years phase leader to lead and further enhance the quality of teaching and learning in early years at Withymoor Primary School. The successful candidate will be a role model for high-quality teaching practices, offering leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training to staff. As an expert in early years practice, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to raise both teaching standards and pupil outcomes.

This post is permanent. you will work 32.5 hours per week on a Teacher Contract.
