EYFS Pre-school Lead Practitioner job summary

Are you passionate about shaping a provision that continually evolves, is child led and provides a nurturing environment for children where they flourish?

As EYFS Pre-school Lead Practitioner you will develop, provide and implement a high quality, engaging, accessible and relevant curriculum which enables children to flourish and grow. You will plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young children. Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports each child’s unique needs. Buidling professional working relationships with colleagues and parents and carers which will promote the development and effective delivery of the curriculum and maximise children’s achievement.

You will have or be working towards a relevant early childhood qualification or and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in order to ensure the best outcomes for our children.
