The Role
As a Reception Class Teacher, you will:
Create a warm, purposeful and enabling environment that supports curiosity, independence and wellbeing
Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and continuous provision grounded in strong EYFS pedagogy
Use observation and assessment responsively to shape learning and next steps
Work collaboratively with colleagues across school and Trust to ensure coherence and consistency
Build positive relationships with families and communicate children’s progress clearly
