This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed EYFS/Reception teacher to join a welcoming and successful primary school.

The role

As an EYFS/Reception Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years provision that inspires curiosity, builds strong foundations, and supports every child to succeed.

Classroom teaching

Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS provision

  • Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

  • Ensure strong progress through high-quality teaching and assessment

  • Support early language, communication, and personal development

Early years practice

  • Plan and deliver learning in line with the EYFS framework

  • Use continuous provision effectively to support independent learning

  • Observe, assess, and respond to children’s individual needs

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency and high standards

Whole school contribution

  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

  • Support school priorities and a culture of high expectations
