What skills and experience we're looking for

The Senior Leadership Team and Governors at Eaton Park Academy, part of the Alpha Academies Trust, are seeking to appoint an EYFS teacher to join the committed and hard-working teaching team at Eaton Park Academy. Eaton Park is a large 2 form entry primary academy with a good Ofsted rating. We are looking for someone who is a motivated team player and who is able to both fully engage children in their learning and make a positive contribution to all aspects of academy life.

The Trustees are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner who is able to engage and inspire our children, planning and delivering high quality learning experiences which impact positively on the children’s knowledge and outcomes, and who will have the highest expectations for every child in terms of their success and behaviour and attitude. We require someone who will absorb our ethos and values and immerse themselves into the life and success of Eaton Park Academy, together with an outward looking approach to working as part of The Alpha Academies Trust. The successful candidate will have the highest level of commitment and the passion to continue to drive the success of the Academy forward and will be a very motivated team player in a highly effective staff team.

Eaton Park has consistently been one of the highest performing academies in Stoke-on-Trent for the last few years.
