We are looking for a teacher who: 

• has knowledge and experience of teaching EYFS and the EYFS curriculum 
• has knowledge of using Tapestry  
• is skilled at supporting children with SEND 
• is motivated and passionate to provide the very best learning opportunities for children  
• can form positive relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, governors and outside agencies 
• values the importance of outdoor learning 
• recognises the importance of early identification of needs, and has high expectations for behaviour and achievement 
• is flexible and adaptable to situations  
• is highly resilient and demonstrates a proactive, positive, solution-focused approach to personal and professional development 
• can work as part of a team 
• can deliver high-quality learning experiences for all children
