An opportunity has arisen at Coddington C of E Primary & Nursery School for an enthusiastic and motivatedEYFS and KS1 Phase Lead to join our team.
The EYFS and KS1 Phase Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring excellent educational provision for our youngest learners, fostering a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and achievement across the phase. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership for the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1, supporting staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning that enables every child to thrive.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies, they will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork. The post holder will possess strong organisational skills, ensuring that systems, processes, and provision are effective and responsive to the needs of all learners. They will be dedicated to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported to reach their full potential. A passion for early childhood education, play and child development will underpin their leadership and practice. Above all, they will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring that pupils' wellbeing remains at the heart of all decision-making.
