The successful candidate will:
- be an innovative, dynamic EYFS teacher with an in-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum

- demonstrate a commitment to teamwork as well as being able to work independently and use their initiative

- be an experienced, motivated and inspirational teacher or an enthusiastic ECT keen to develop their skills in a supportive environment

Lammack Community Primary School is a ‘large school which has a small family feel’ (OFSTED 2022) which is desirable to work at due to the hardworking children, fantastic staff team spirit and excellent environment and facilities. ‘This is an ambitious school where pupils’ academic and personal development are equally important. Leaders ensure that pupils’ skills develop well across the wider curriculum. As a result, pupils are confident, resilient learners and are prepared thoroughly for the next stage of their education’. This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to join Lammack during a significant period of expansion. The school has recently completed a large build project to transform this very popular primary school from a 2 ½ form entry to a 3 form entry school. The successful candidates would be joining the school at the optimum time for future prospects.
