You will have a commitment to creative, solution-focused working and outdoor learning. The successful candidate will be a team player, taking a full part in the wider life of this happy and busy school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced (MPS) or passionate Early Career Teacher who is passionate about student experience, teaching, learning and assessment, and the difference that education makes to the lives of our students and the communities in which we live and work.

The successful candidate will be:

  • An exemplary classroom practitioner with high expectations for all learners and all pupil groups.
  • Knowledgeable of the Early Years Framework, National curriculum and assessment arrangements.
  • Child-centred and committed to the ethos of our school.
  • A teacher who enjoys inspiring all children to learn through a creative, irresistible curriculum.
  • A reflective practitioner who considers the needs of all children.
  • An excellent team player, committed to contributing to the wider school, beyond the classroom.
  • Keen to be part of a team, prepared to constantly review teaching practice and strive for excellence.
  • Positive, solution-focused, with a keen sense of humour and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

In return we can offer you:

  • A forward thinking, vibrant community school in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.
  • Polite and motivated children who are keen to learn.
  • An opportunity to work closely with a highly supportive, very enthusiastic and highly skilled team of teachers and support staff.
