What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a teacher who: 

  • Has excellent subject knowledge of effective phonics teaching (preferably with Little Wandle but this is not essential and training can be provided)
  • Is passionate about Early Years Education

  • Is an innovative and passionate practitioner who can make learning visible and exciting
  • Is committed to ensuring that every pupil achieves the best that they possibly  can
  • Has the enthusiasm and the ability to inspire children and colleagues 
  • Is able to work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of the children and the school
  • Is highly motivated and organised
  • Has high expectations of self and others with  the desire and ability to make a difference.
  • Has the ability to form positive relationships and displays a high standard of professionalism.
