What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has excellent subject knowledge of effective phonics teaching (preferably with Little Wandle but this is not essential and training can be provided)
Is passionate about Early Years Education
- Is an innovative and passionate practitioner who can make learning visible and exciting
- Is committed to ensuring that every pupil achieves the best that they possibly can
- Has the enthusiasm and the ability to inspire children and colleagues
- Is able to work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of the children and the school
- Is highly motivated and organised
- Has high expectations of self and others with the desire and ability to make a difference.
Has the ability to form positive relationships and displays a high standard of professionalism.
