As an Early years teacher working within our family of schools, you will nurture young children's curiosity and development through play-based learning, creating a safe and stimulating environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth in preparation for primary education.

There are 13 primary academies within the Trust, as class teacher you will be appointed to a cluster
(see below) and we will work with you to offer deployment to an academy that is suitable for you
geographically, and that matches your skillset, development and the needs of the academies. This
brings opportunity and flexibility should you wish to consider working in other academies that bring
different challenges and experiences to further develop your practice and input to a wider
community. Deployments will always be in consultation and for full academic years unless in
exceptional circumstances.
