EYFS Teacher & Phase Leader job summary

The Governors are looking to appoint an exceptional EYFS teacher and Phase Leader to lead on our Foundation Stage to cover a maternity leave from 1 st December 2025. The pay scale is M1-M6 with an additional TLR2a allowance.

We are looking for a teacher who has extremely high expectations of both behaviour and children’s achievement. They should be enthusiastic and hard working as well as being a good team player and willing to learn ‘The St Gregory’s Way’, which is trauma, informed and based on a restorative approach to working as a team and helping children learn. Having fun in the classroom is really important to us and we believe that our children learn well when they are challenged, supported, nurtured and enjoy themselves! If this is also your belief, then we would love to hear from you.
