We have an exciting opportunity as we are expanding our team. We are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join us at Hopton. Your role is to support our youngest learners in our mixed age class with children in Nursery to Year 2. We are a small, but welcoming school family where community is important to us.
The role will include supporting the setup of areas, delivering phonics to groups as directed, and supporting continuous provision. Part of the role is being part of the Play Team outside, where we follow OPAL. We are looking for someone with a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Working Pattern: 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday (2.5 hours withing this is for Play Team as Grade 2, point 3 fixed)
Whilst paediatric first aid training is desirable, Hopton C of E Primary Academy will offer full support, and training will be provided if necessary.
