- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional development.
- Assist in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one support for children who may require additional help.
- Contribute to planning and implementing creative activities.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare (preferred but not essential).

Redhill is a newly built one form entry primary school on the edge of Cannock Chase in Staffordshire.
With just over 200 children on roll and their own pre-school unit on site, they cater for children from 2 to 11 years of age and are fortunate to be able to offer smaller classes than your average primary school.
Redhill has a culture of ambition, high expectation and aspiration academically and in social behaviours of both staff and students.
