Facilities and Operations Manager job summary

This key strategic role will support school and trust leaders by taking the lead in facility development to meet current and future school needs within available resources. You will need to take a pro-active approach in developing three-to-five-year plans for maintenance and other project work at the school and together with the Premises Manager and Finance team, ensure efficient implementation and value for money. You will also lead the coordination of Health & Safety and Data Protection compliance, being the main conduit to the Trust’s external consultants in both of these areas and occasionally supporting our primary schools as necessary.
