About the role

This is a leadership position with direct responsibility for compliance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, capital projects and line management of the facilities and cleaning teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong organisational and people management skills, driving high standards of service and continuous improvement across all sites.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Operations Manager with a strong background in estates and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, proven organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive high standards of service across multiple sites. You will be committed to maintaining safe, compliant, and inspiring learning environments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective team management.
