Faculty Clerk job summary

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Faculty Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support to subjects and faculty teams across the school. This is to allow teachers and subject leaders to focus more on teaching and learning in the classrooms and achieving high student outcomes.

Working hours

20 hours per week

Monday to Friday- 10.00am to 2.00pm

Term time only 

Job requirements

  • Good Numeracy and Literacy Skills
  • Evidence of proficiency in computer packages e.g Google workspace
  • Experience in an administrative or secretarial capacity in a busy office environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to compose letters, reports, and deal effectively with parents, staff, and visitors
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a diverse workload and meet deadlines
