Key Responsibilities
* Lead Teaching & Learning Excellence - Develop and implement outstanding teaching and learning strategies to raise standards and accelerate student progress in English.
* Curriculum Leadership - Monitor and evaluate curriculum delivery to ensure it is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with national standards.
* Leadership & Development - Lead a dedicated team of English teachers, providing effective line management, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.
* Culture of Excellence - Promote a strong culture of high expectations, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the faculty.
