Hours: 32.5 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)
Working pattern: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm
Salary: Pathway 4, points 14 – 18, £21,436 - £22,886 per annum, (FTE £28,624 - £30,559)

Your role:
As a Family Engagement and Pastoral Support Worker, you will be at the heart of our school community, working closely with families, parents, carers, and children to ensure every child has full access to educational opportunities. Your responsibilities will include establishing positive relationships with families, providing practical and emotional support, and organising activities that promote children’s learning and wellbeing. You will also be a key player in safeguarding, acting as one of the school’s Designated Safeguarding Leads, and working with other agencies to support our families. You will have GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C or above), knowledge of national attendance regulations, effective ICT skills, data analysis abilities, strong communication skills, and proven organisational and planning experience.
