WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable families and pupils with social, emotional or behavioural needs
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding
  • Empathetic, resilient and able to manage sensitive situations professionally
  • Organised and able to prioritise a varied workload effectively
  • Able to work independently and as part of a pastoral/safeguarding team
  • Committed to inclusion, equality and parental engagement
  • Proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach to supporting families


YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

To provide a professional level of support to parents/carers and school staff, providing a core offer of services for pupil and their families where pupils present with challenges and barriers to learning.
