What skills and experience we're looking for
- Someone passionate about transforming the lives of children and their families to overcome barriers to learning, including leading on attendance & medical needs
- A self-starter keen to improve their own practice and who enjoys autonomy
- Someone who enthusiastic, creative, assertive and adaptable
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of professionals including social services
- Someone with a positive attitude and a good telephone manner
- Someone who can confidently use technology to represent and analyse data, manage records & communicate effectively
