What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Family Engagement Lead to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in fostering positive relationships between the school and the families of our students. In addition, the successful candidate will hold Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) responsibilities, ensuring the welfare and safety of our students is a top priority.
As the Family Engagement Lead, you will work closely with families, supporting them throughout their journey with the school and promoting their involvement in their child’s education. As the DDSL, you will be responsible for working within the safeguarding team, leading the school’s safeguarding and child protection efforts, ensuring a robust and responsive system is in place to protect all students.
