Sidmouth Primary school is looking for a highly motivated Family Links Worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will join the pastoral team and help us continue to
Develop positive links between families and school.
Encourage communication between the school and families.
Improve attendance and late arrivals by monitoring and offering assistance.
Work directly with children and families, individually and in groups, particularly focusing on parenting skills, behaviour management, play and practical support.
Contribute to the Early Help process.
Carry out Home Visits to support families/children, providing outreach support to families.
Support the pastoral needs of the children.
