  • Someone to identify children and families who may need additional support.
  • Carry out Thrive and Jigsaw family sessions
  • Help parents and children in accessing external support and the local community
  • Assist in monitoring the child's progress
  • Experience in a Safeguarding preferable
  • A confident and clear communicator with parents and outside agencies
  • An excellent role model to children, colleagues and parents, exemplifying our core principle of kindness
  • A positive, open-minded professional actively supportive of the ethos, vision and values of the school
  • A member of the team who can build strong relationships with parents, children and staff
