John Hampden Primary School are looking to recruit a Family Links Worker for September 2024. Our successful candidate will be a talented and professional individual who shares our vision of high aspirations, achievement, and a passion for learning. Purpose of the Post:
To deliver early family intervention, preventative support, guidance and advice to improve outcomes for children and families within a school context.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Family Links Worker to join our pastoral support team within school. The post holder will act as one of our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSL), working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to continue to safeguard pupils and families within our care. This is a key role within school which requires a highly efficient person to liaise with relevant staff, parents, carers and outside agencies, ensuring that the correct support is identified and implemented.
